Game Usage
Our game library is available for use during your visit. You are responsible for:
- Handling games with care and returning them in good condition
- Reporting any damage or missing pieces immediately
- Following game rules and instructions provided by staff
- Not removing games from the premises
Damages to games or equipment may result in replacement fees.
Food and Beverages
All food and beverages must be purchased from our café. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for special dietary needs with prior approval. We are not responsible for food allergies—please inform staff of any allergies.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Damage to property or equipment
- Smoking or use of illegal substances
- Excessive noise or disturbance to other customers

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Overland Park, Kansas, or the federal courts located in Kansas

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Overland Park, Kansas, or the federal courts of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
