Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. The return period is calculated from the date you receive the item, not from the date of purchase.

- For in-store purchases: On the date of purchase
- For online orders: On the date you receive the item (as confirmed by delivery tracking)
- For items picked up in-store: On the date you pick up the item

- Gift Purchases: Items purchased as gifts may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is available

Event Bookings and Reservations
For event bookings and reservations, cancellation deadlines vary based on the type of event:
- Regular Reservations: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Workshops and Classes: Must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
- Private Events: Must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance
- Special Events: Cancellation deadlines will be specified at the time of booking
These deadlines are designed to allow us to offer the space to other customers and manage our resources effectively.
Initiating a Return
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Initiate the return process within the specified time period
- Contact us via email, phone, or in person
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)
- Provide a reason for the return (if requested)
- Receive return authorization from us before shipping items back
Returns initiated after the return period has expired will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees or denied entirely.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused, and unopened condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs
- In-Store Returns: No shipping costs apply for items returned to our physical location
- Free Shipping Items: If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping unless we provided the return shipping label.
Return Process

Event Bookings and Reservations
Event bookings and table reservations may be cancelled according to the following terms:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit for future use
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit for future use
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but credit may be available at our discretion
- No-show: No refund or credit
Special events, workshops, and private bookings may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
